Happy at work... myth or reality?
Here is a question for you; What do you need to be completely happy?
Clearly, we all have the typical answers, such as winning the lottery, eating without getting fat or stop working.
Well, unfortunately only a small part of people will live this way, the rest of the normal mortals will have to get up each morning and work hard to pay their bills and to archive their goals.
But, is it possible to be happy at work?
Although it is true that not everyone is lucky enough to work on what they like or are passionate about, the question is, can you be happy at your current job?
Without no doubt the answer is YES. Many companies nowadays want to have happy employees, which makes them attract and discover talent, apart of the monthly payroll, more and more importance is given to other factors such as the work environment, workplaces or reconciliation with family and private life.
Also, don't forget that aside from your work, you have a life. The best thing what you can do is see your colleagues like a team and intent to have a great work relationship with them because you will have to work with them possibly 8 hours every day.

A healthy company cares about the motivation of their employees, offering professional opportunities, training, and appreciation of their work.
In addition, they have open and comfortable workspaces, making it a happy place for their employees with a healthy environment. This actually reduces illness and absenteeism.
All these characteristics of healthy companies will improve different factors and can create great teamwork.
